Halloween Treat Bags!

This treat bag uses the 4" x 10" gusseted cello bags.  #133770 - They come 25 per bags per package for only $4.50.  They are food safe which is a plus.  The Designer paper liner inside measures 3 3/4" x 10" and is scored at 1", 6", and the 81/2" mark. See picture below.
