Retiring Braided Border Punch

Hi all,

Today, I want to show you how to make the cards below using the Braided Border Punch.  This punch is located on page 29 in the Mini Catalog.  It is a beautiful punch, but can be challenging to use.  I love the daisy punches and have used them here.  Each card is similar, but using different colors and sentiments, these cards are individualized.  Hope you enjoy them and will try this technique yourself!  The punch will retire out at the end of May, so please click shop now to order!  Have a great day.

Instructions below!

The base cardstock will be 4 1/4" x 11" and scored at 5 1/2".  Place the long side of  your cardstock in the punch.  The end of the cardstock should be at the end of the punch base as shown below.  Punch.

Next, move the cardstock just off the end of the punch extension and make your second punch.  You can line up the punched cardstock with the image that is on the extension.  Punch.

Flip the cardstock over to do the other side.  Repeat step one.

Move the cardstock down and punch again.

Here is the finished sample.  Fold your card base at the scored line and you are ready to decorate!
